I ordered the "Black Coffee" color this time; it's black enough that I can get away with treating them as black shoes without it being too obvious.I would warn that I was not overwhelmed with the $75 or so refurbishment that ECCO makes available. The replacement sole is not of the same quality, and they replaced the original shoelaces (which have never worn out for me) with shoelaces that DID wear out. However, the shoes did look much better afterwards. I felt a competent shoe-repair specialist could have done the same work for somewhat less.

I love that the heel has an actual sneaker tread so if you have to walk anywhere if you stop for lunch or a drink they really aren't bad, yet still plenty stiff to be efficient. They worked great with my cleats and I love them!
